There was once a prosperous kingdom where love and compassion guided the hearts of its inhabitants. In the center of the kingdom, a Tree of Light flourished, its golden glow illuminating every home. It was said that this tree was a gift from the Creator, a reminder of His presence and the promise of redemption.
But as the centuries passed, people began to despise the light and seek easier, more selfish paths. Hatred, once a timid shadow, began to spread. Small disagreements turned into great disputes; pride overcame humility, and justice gave way to revenge. Little by little, the Tree of Light began to wither, its golden leaves turning black.
Taking advantage of this, a shadowy figure named Deceit rose among the people. He whispered that love was weakness and that power lay in brute force and contempt for one’s fellow man. “Why bow to an invisible God?” he mocked. “Take the world into your own hands!” And so men built towers of pride, temples to themselves, and forgot the Creator’s promise.
Then signs began to appear: the sun grew dark, the waters turned bitter, and plagues covered the land. Peace disappeared, and the kings of the earth prepared for one last battle, seeking absolute power. But few realized that these were signs of the coming of the true King.
Among the few who still remembered the ancient promise was a young woman named Hope. With her heart still full of faith, she walked the streets preaching repentance, but she was ridiculed and persecuted. However, her voice was not in vain. Some began to awaken, remembering what they had forgotten.
And then, in the depths of darkness, a clap of thunder resounded across the heavens. The Tree of Light, which had seemed dead, shone one last time, and a flash of light split the heavens. The true King had returned, and with Him, justice and truth. Those who had given in to hatred tried to flee, but there was nowhere left to run. The time for choice had passed.
Those who still had love in their hearts were welcomed, while the dark kingdom fell into ruins. And so what was written was fulfilled: true love would never die, and the Creator would reign forever.
Moral of the story: Love is the light that keeps us close to God. When we turn away, darkness grows, but the Creator's promise never fails. The time to choose between love and hate is running out, and the coming of the King is inevitable.
